Hiep, who is the chef/owner is a Vietnamese-American cook who originally came from Louisiana, decided that he wanted to give the Northwest a taste of the south, now shares his Cajun cooking in West Seattle. He enjoys seeing the customer’s taste bud satisfied and their stomach filled with delicious foods. He opened Crawfish House in February 2011 and has worked tirelessly to bring the freshest, tastiest and mouth-watering crawfish and other seafood boils to the White Center community.
